 * I Am From Iran A Country Of Filtering , My Web Site Has been filtered A few days
   ago and i changed address after that my wordpress admin and my theme does not
   load pictures it means my admin page is like this ….

 * My Admin Web Page Icons Not Loading ? My Editor Icons …. Every Thing Has Got 
   Problem What Should I Do ? I Used Plugins To change All Addresses But It Not 
   Working …. Someone Help Me plz
