# Problem adding ticket or editing price

 * Hi!
 * I have updated WordPress to 3.8 and Events Manager to 5.5.2.
 * The problem I am having right now is that when I try to add a new ticket nothing
   happens when I click on the link. If I try to edit existing ticket, the ticket
   somehow hides when I click the edit button. If I refresh the page it shows back.
   I am having some problems with the map as well.
 * Could be the issue that I am also running Events Manager Pro which is version
   2.2.4.1 and needs an upgrade? Can some other plugin be in conflict?

 * just to narrow down the problem have you tried to temporarily:
 * – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this
   works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(
   s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

 * Oh, completely forgot to try and change the theme. Yeah it works fine with TwentyFourteen
   activated, so I guess theres a bug with my theme, which I`ll try to locate. Thanks!
