# Problem adding new network

 * Hi, I really like your plugin. My one issue right now is that I’m trying to add
   a new network (Hellocoton – very popular in France.) I’ve added a new png called
   hellocoton. Then I went into Custom Networks and tried to add it (I put “hellocoton”
   in ID, “[http://www.hellocoton.fr/mapage/%5B:username%5D&#8221](http://www.hellocoton.fr/mapage/%5B:username%5D&#8221);
   in the URL and “Hellocoton” in the sticker name), but it doesn’t show up in the
   Networks tab. What am I doing wrong?

 * Oh, I forgot to mention – I added the new photo on my FTP rather than uploading
   it through wordpress, and that did the trick. My new network showed up in the
   Networks tab.

 * When adding a new network you also have to upload the PNG file to the correct
   theme folder via FTP.
