Problem accesssing uploaded zip files in wordpress

I have attempted to use this plugin to place a published Articulate Storyline project on my website.

Firstly I followed the screenr tutorial and attempted to upload the zipped file using the plugin. It just seemed to stall and do nothing. Checked the forum and identified it could be a problem with the php ini. Have asked for this to be changed but no response yet.

Meantime I thought maybe I could use ftp to upload the zipped file and access it that way. I have uploaded the file and placed it into the articulate content folder. When i try to use the plugin to place it on a page on my site the folder does not appear in the list of available articlalute stories in the content library.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?
