Problem access to my SVN repository

    Hi,

    I have develop a plugin. I got a mail from wordpress plugin checker team. Trying to submitt by TortoiseSVN but facing problem from 3 hours. Help needed.
    My two questions:
    1. How much time I will get to submit my plugin?
    2. When Plugin submitting link will expire?

    Now my problem:
    When I am trying to access in SVN repository by “TortoiseSVN”. The software showing this massage: “Unable to connect to a repository at URL …………… faild: 408 request”

    What should I do?
    Any suggestion?
