Problem about Page

Hello Everybody
I have just start a website Career Info in wordpress.
I make more page with detail information. I also add some child page under parent page. but the child page is not shown in browser. when i click any page or child page it only show the home page post.
how can i view the child page. on the other hand when i log on in the dashboard i can view all of the parent page and child page . i can not see it on the front end
what can i do now
