 * Hi,
    we’re having some problem using your plugin on wordpress 4.5.2 Our biggest
   problem is about content saving, whenever i create a new page in italian, edit
   it in the english language too, and save it, the first time it works, on the 
   second time it adds a 2 at the end of the permalink and fromt there it never 
   increments the permalink counter.
 * I don’t get why your plugin on the second saving action add a 2 at the end of
   the permalink, and it doesent’t do it later, i didn’t create a custom permalink
   for the english page, so it’s only the italian one that is incrementing.
 * And our second and smaller problem is about multilingual content reading, if 
   i read an italian page (first language) it displays only tha page that i want,
   instead if i want to read the same page in english (second language) it shows
   all the pages in date order.
