 * Its best to email the author with support…when I emailed he did provide me a 
   fix here is the email he sent:
    Go to FTP>wp-content/plugins/facebookall/helpers/
   facebookall_share.php search below code:-
 * .fball_fblike span{width: 535px!important;}
 * it has solved but it’s only parts.
 * twitter don’t show image and facebook like don;t show image
