 * Sorry to hear you are encountering such a problem. Can you please tell us more?
 * Was there any error reported?
    What exactly happened? I.e. white screen or there
   was an error?
 * The more details we can have about the issue the better we can assist you. If
   you are still having an issue [manually deactivate the plugin](https://www.wpwhitesecurity.com/manually-disable-wordpress-plugins/).
 * Then, can you please reproduce the issue and send us some information? To do 
   so simple:
 * 1) [Activate WordPress debug](https://www.wpsecurityauditlog.com/wordpress-admin/enabling-wordpress-debug/)
   and debug log,
 * 2) activate the plugin,
 * 3) If the site crashes again rename the plugin directory to manually deactivate
   it.
 * 4) Send us the debug.log file from the /wp-content/ folder.
