 * Hello, i have install wordpress 3.0 and the website up and running.
 * But when viewed in Internet Explorer i have another one ‘Home’ in the left up
   corner.
    How can i remove it?

   inactive the all in seo pack plugin and after that check the site once.

 * i have deactivate the seo plugin and now is working fine.
