 * Hi, I followed instructions, but post does not appear. In the logs, I see the
   following error:

 * Would be handy to know what the ‘advanced’ settings in Facebook developer page
   are meant to be.

 * I got it working. The wrong Facebook page was selected under “Select facebook
   pages for auto publish”
 * Must have over looked it, Sorry!
