 * Hi all. I don’t know what happened to my other post, the body is just gone. lol.
   But i uploaded everything and all. And then I go to /install.php and there is
   a 404 page that doesn’t allow me to enter or something. And i altered the permissions
   to 755 like an earlier post said. but it still can’t get in.

 * It means that there is no install.php file at [http://www.moodii.com/mandy/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.moodii.com/mandy/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php)
   You need to put one there.

 * but there is one there.
    in my ftp i reloaded everything and all the folders,
   and still not working. So frustrating. not the program but the problem I am encountering
