Prob after updating to 2.8.2

hey i udate my wordpress to 2.8.2
then i udapte some plugins ( automatically )
i test everything and everything work excellent
second day i open my site
i found error in wp-load.php , also wp-setting.php missing
anyway i re-upload 2 fresh files from wp-load and wp-setting

each time i try to access my site http://www.haifafans.net/wp-admin
or the site home page

i ask my host the told me something broken with ur files
i try to upload a new fresh version 2.8.2 to another directory and i link it with same database same problem :S
