# Pro version won't upload

 * Hello,
 * I’ve paid for the pro version. Got the link to download the file:
    ‘rd-hover-
   full-pakage.zip’
 * I try to install this via Wordpres front-end and it comes up with this error:
 * “Installing Plugin from uploaded file: rd-hover-full-pakage.zip
 * Unpacking the package…
 * The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive
   structure”
 * Really annoyed as I hoped paying for this plugin would ease the stress of a fast
   approaching deadline. But it won’t even install!
 * Could you help please?

 * Other plugins are working fine – also tried to unzip this so that I could install
   manually via FTP but I keep getting the message that the file is corrupted.
 * I’ve tried deleting and downloading again multiple times but nothing is working.
 * I’m using a Mac..not sure if this makes any difference.
 * Please help ASAP

 * I just paid for this plugin again using a different computer – as the first time
   I did it I was on the train and thought it may not have downloaded properly.
 * Please can I get refunded for my second payment.
 * I’m going to give up with this plugin and find another solution. I would still
   appreciate your advice though as I’ve just thrown money down the drain otherwise.
