Pro-Version: Very slow and unprecise support, unprofessional communication

I bought a pro licence, because Soliloquy promised a feature-rich Slider that is easy to implement and especially easy to use.

It definitely IS easy to use … if the features you need for your project actually work. I had to file more than one support-query (all about bugs in the plugin) and Tim only once managed to meet the promised timeframe of 24 hours (he didn’t manage to fix the bug though).

Since then one support-query got lost (he never answered repeated follow-up-questions about that one), another was answered 2 weeks late (I had to go with another slider-plugin to finish the project) and the last one remains unsolved to this day.

Unfortunately I have to say that I still couldn’t find an alternative. If you’re only looking for a basic slider for your WordPress-sites, go with Soliloquy. If you actually want to use and combine the various features of Soliloquy you’re going to have a bad time.
