# PRO version questions

 * Hi Todd,
 * We are looking to upgrade to the PRO version but have a few concerns.
    1. I saw a question in another thread from a couple of months ago asking if the
       pro version has been updated to a version of freemius that doesn’t have the 
       vulnerability. There wasn’t an answer. Has this been done?
    2. There doesn’t appear to be a way to contact you via your website fro pre sales
       questions. I went there to ask the above question.
    3. I can’t see a client login link on your website. How do we access support etc.
       once a purchase has been made.
 * We have used the plugin on three websites and would be looking at upgrading all
   of them.
 * The lack of responses and apparent unavailability is a real concern as we consider
   upgrading. At the moment we are considering another option because of this.
 * Could you respond to our concerns above and assure us that the plugin will continue
   to be maintained and updated.

 * Apologies for the lack of reply… for some reason these forum notifications were
   going into my spam.
 * The plugin is under active dev, and I’m currently working on updates for both
   the free and pro version.
 * Pro support is available via email and there’s a link in the WP menu to create
   support tickets also.
