 * Can you please tell me if your plugin can do this (I think it might but not sure):
 * I want to display a banner on cehckout for all orders which are below 20€ and
   from one only users within Germany (or can be based on a shipping zone), which
   says that if they spend 20€ or more then shipping will be cheaper.

   based on users’ country from the PRO version’s country filter settings.
 * But the Cart value settings has not been added yet. Its in development and will
   be added to the next version of PRO.
