 * Hello,
 * If we purchase the PRO version will it support inserting images within page builders
   such as Elementor and WP Bakery?

 * While I was waiting to hear back on my pre-sales question, I tried moving images
   from one folder to another folder. The process was running very slowly, but it
   did manage to move 2700 files before it stopped processing. Is there a better
   way of performing a move operation on folders that have 5000 files? I am restoring
   from back-up at the moment as I don’t trust operations that fail like this.

 * If you would like to ask a question about the pro version, you can email us at
   support at maxfoundry.com as WordPress.org does not allow us to discuss paid
   plugins on this forum.
 * As for moving files, note that (1) there are limitations to browser memory, thus
   it would be prudent to move a smaller number of files (let’s say one hundred
   at a time) rather than move more than the browser can handle. And (2) the media
   library is a database and not a live picture of the site. Every move requires
   the database to be updated with the new link information along with moving the
   file and all its thumbnail images. And also each move sets off a search and replace
   of embedded links in posts and pages. Thus, a lot of processes are taking place
   when an image is moved. And before moving lots of image, do a test move to verify
   the links in posts or page are updated correctly as some WordPress theme and
   plugins store links in a non standard format.

 * Hello, I’m having a bit of a problem after the failed move. I now have a folder
   which is showing under media library folders, but it does not show under WINscp(
   ftp) If I click on one of the images in the folder the image display, but if
   I try to move all the image out of the folder MLF is saying that the image does
   not exist.
 * Please help.

 * You can check what the actual URL of the file is by clicking on the image to
   open the file’s attachment page. The URL of the image is in the right column.
   That will tell you here it is.
 * When the folder tree does not line up with the actual folder layout then there
   could be discrepancies in the database. Restoring the media library from a backup
   might be the easiest way to resolve this issue.
