A calm professional response can go a long way towards “neutralising” a negative review and increasing your standing in the larger community. I dont want to have to change plugins as I love the simplicity and ease of use of this one but if I cant get this they I will have to consider this. Also would you have any sort of timeframe on when you would have version 2.0 out?
