    @99101akky Sorry for the bad experience.

    I hope following points will make things more clear:
    1. We offer free version ,so that, someone can try it for free BEFORE they buy paid version.
    2. We have mentioned everywhere that paid version works exactly same as free version. So you do not get any additional customization with pro version. We nowhere claim that.
    3. If we are unable to make the plugin work for your website what we claim for- then we offer 100% refund. But we do not offer refunds, where you change your mind after purchase after trying free version.
    4. We do offer customization services, but that is not a part of plugin support. Its additionally chargeable. It is not covered in the price of the plugin.
