Pro version not working, no answer to support tickets

❌ Review: Link Whisper Pro doesn’t work — zero support response

I purchased Link Whisper Pro based on its promising features: AI-driven internal link suggestions, orphan page detection, and automatic link insertion. Unfortunately, none of these features worked, and the entire support experience has been extremely disappointing. ❗ What went wrong:

• Auto-linking doesn’t work. Keywords are set, but no links are added — not even on clean, test posts.
• No error messages, no feedback. The plugin appears active, but does nothing.
• No support at all. I submitted multiple support tickets through their official form — not a single reply. only the confirmation email, no follow-up, no response.
• Refund ignored. I requested a refund within the official 7-day window — completely ignored.

This is not a minor bug or a misunderstanding. The plugin fails to deliver its core functions, and there is zero customer support to address it. For a paid product, that is unacceptable. 📉 Verdict:

• Usability: ✔ Clean interface
• Functionality: ❌ Broken core features
• Support: ❌ Non-existent
• Transparency: ❌ Poor communication and refund handling
• Value for money: ❌ Not even close
