Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.” * I just bought your plugin but doesn’t work. In BuddyPress Custom Profile Pro Menu Settings I only see the form to choose the additional menu (as in the free version) and two EMPTY form with the check “activate”. If that’s the case, then please try the following: * 1. Make sure the free version is uninstalled. 2. I am guessing you have another plugin that is in conflict with ours. As a last resort, would you please try deactivating all plugins and seeing if this fixes anything?
