# Pro Version not working

 * Hello,
 * We have been using the free version for sometime and have upgraded today to the
   Pro version. Now the flyout menu will not work at all. This is somewhat urgent
   matter, is there anyone that can help out figuring out what’s wrong? We copied
   all the settings exactly from our Free plugin then disabled the Free plugin and
   now the Pro is the only one active and is not working.

 * Hi there,
 * I just checked and it worked for me first time.
 * Please make sure you have cleared all your WordPress and browser caches etc. 
   or let me know the exact steps to replicate and I will take a look.

 * This is because we had to revert back to the Free version. Is there a way I can
   send you the login so you can deactivate the free and activate the pro to see
   how it’s broken?

 * Hi there,
 * All fixed for you… For future refernce and for anyone else, you had **“#click-
   menu”** inside the **“Click Trigger”** option, however the pro version trigger
   is called **“#responsive_menu_pro_button”** instead.
 * Please check and review and let me know if you have any further issues.
