    Hi, I upgraded to the PRO version, but despite this the plugin does not unlock the features of this plan (such as Background image).
    Can someone help me?

    Hi @memesi ,

    After purchasing the PRO version, you need to go to your Account on the WPadmin panel and download the PRO version of the plugin. Let me know if this works.

    Forgive me but I can’t find where to download the Pro version.

    @memesi please check on your WP admin Panel -> Fullscreen Menu options -> My Account

    There is no download button of any kind on the Account page. The only things I can use are “Receipts and Invoices” “Deactivate license” “Synchronize”

    I’ve tried both to synchronize and synchronize license.
