Hi @timothyfaust – thanks for taking the time to leave some remarks. We’re wondering if you can clarify:
1) Your review title mentions Pro. Is this a review of the Pro/paid version, or the free version?
2) You mentioned the “galleries look terrible” but the galleries displays haven’t actually changed at all in the free version. So we’re wondering if either your galleries just weren’t working properly or you’re again talking about Pro galleries that you don’t like? If it’s the Pro galleries, it comes with size gallery types, and we’re wondering which specifically you’re referring to.
3) If you are seeing that kind of load time, something is really, really off. The 2.x updates are more powerful than the older versions, and the increases power does come with a bit of a performance hit for some users. But what you’re describing is obviously very unusual, and clearly indicates some deeper problem. We wouldn’t mind being able to see and diagnose it if you’re open to that.

@timothyfaust – Just following up on some old reviews.
As you know this review was written following a major overhaul of the plugin in version 2.0. At this point, most of the issues related to that overhaul of the plugin have been long addressed, including quite a few performance enhancements to both the free and pro version.
Given the current performance of both the free and pro plugin, a one-star rating seems a bit harsh, and we’re wondering if you might consider revising your rating?
