• I paid $49 for a Lifetime Pro version because I wanted a quick, easy and automatic installation. Unfortunately, it did not work.
After several exchanges with the support team over 2 days they asked for temporary access to my WP Dashboard on the basis that they would complete the installation or refund my money. They could not complete the installation and I reminded them of their offer to refund the payment, and this was done.
I am quite capable of going through the Free Manual Installation process but I am very busy and was willing to pay for the quick automated installation.
It turns out that my service provider did not have the SSL Host Installer feature turned on, and this was quickly resolved when I contacted my service provider.
The WP Encryption Pro site claims installation in seconds and 100% automated for cPanel sites. Be aware that this is not true for all sites, depending on your service providers configuration, and may require manual intervention.
This is a good plugin, but it is disappointing to find that the Pro version does not always fulfil it’s advertised features.

Unfortunately your site is on one of the very rare hosting platform where very basic feature like SSL Host installer is disabled. A simple support request to your hosting provider to enable SSL Host would have solved everything in one go but since you hesitated to contact your hosting support once & not co-operated, We processed your full refund without any further due. Thank you!.
