Pro version – Great customer service

    Initially I couldn’t get the Pro Version plug-in to do what I wanted. Quite a complex BOGOF with variations in price and size.

    They took the time to listen to my request and came back the same day with an update to the plugin, after a tweak here and there I now have exactly what I want.

    For the price of the plugin, they’ve exceeded my expectations. Bigger companies should take note of good customer service.
