 * Dear Support,
 * We installed the free version of your plugin ‘WooCommerce added to cart popup(
   Ajax)’ and then bought a paid-license for the plugin ‘Cart Pop Up for WooCommerce’
   from your website.
 * However, when we download the plugin from within our account at Xootix.dom and
   install it, it does not appear that the paid-for-features are activated. We seem
   to only have the free version.
 * Please investigate and advise.

   site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
