    Wordfence added the new firewall recently and this plugin’s PAID versions get blocked by it also blocking the person doing the update.

    The support from Imagely through email was initially dismissive and condescending. They also have not indicated they will be looking at ways to overcome this obstacle so if user technical skills are not excellent then they should NOT buy the Pro versions.

  • Have you tried contacting Wordfence about their new Application Firewall feature? It’s highly possible for false positives from any scanner or firewall. Also, that feature is so new, it’s unlikely for other plugins to have gone through compatibility checks with it. With that said, I strongly recommend you reaching out to the developers of Wordfence.
