# Pro version fail

 * Hello.
 * Sometimes it does not detect the pro version and we have to reinstall the plugin.
   The problem is that the pro and lite version is the same plugin in WordPress (
   there is no visio pro plugin) and it is quite annoying.

 * Unfortunately, to update the pro version, you’ll have to download it from codecanyon
   and install it manually. By default, the automatic update takes the plugin from
   the wordpress.org repository, where the free version is located. However, I will
   note that everything will work in the free version (frontend) as well, as there
   are no restrictions on already created maps.

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on
   their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the developer is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
