Nowhere did I find the opportunity to update the free version with the paid ones, and nowhere was it indicated how to act in such a situation. * I deleted the free version and installed the pro version. Unfortunately, it is not working properly now. I don’t see an option to write to support anywhere– because your ticket / email button doesn’t work. I don’t see this live chat anywhere that I deserve for the pro version, so I’m writing here. * When selecting a template and then choosing an order, an error occurs and gives me the option to see the troubleshooting page. I followed everything there but nothing helped.
