Hi @mcalpin1,
I can feel the frustration in your messages. And I am sorry it is not working for you. However, you seem to say that the plugin never ever worked, that everybody should know that, that it is currently one-star, and that your custom script can do it (which I am not sure what it does exactly, and what’s the point). Why don’t we adopt a positive position, rather than a negative one? That would be much better to work together.
I have the pro version […]
Pro version support can’t be provided here; it’s forbidden. This is not my choice, it’s by WordPress rules. If a moderator sees your message, this thread will be locked 🙁
[…] and it doesn’t work at all.
The plugin works fine for thousands of users, and I am using it myself everyday, so it’s not working for you, and the goal is to try to understand why.
What a waste of money.
I am not sure what you say that; the refund policy is to refund any request, without even an explanation. So you can’t lose your money. Simply ask for a refund and you’ll get it (but that’s written on my website).
I have 1563 images, around 450 or more never were changed. Even with nonduplicate titles, I have a lot of duplicate word image names…
Let’s look into this step by step to understand the issue. What are you trying to do? For debugging, don’t perform a bulk operation. We need to look at one file, and understand why it’s not working for that one specific file (it doesn’t matter how many files you have).
Have you tried to renamed based on the Media Title? Normally, before getting the Pro version of a plugin, we should try the Free one; if it works, but we would like the options of the Pro, we get the Pro. So it’s better to work with the standard features at first.
Please let me know more information; developers need to be able to replicate the issue (such as: upload a file named ‘happy.jpg’, attach it to this, rename the title of this to that, etc).
I would love to help, but I also need your help. And please, for a happier debugging, let’s stay positive 🙂 The plugin works, and you want to use it apparently, so working together positively seems to be the right choice.
