PRO Version Didn’t work and they are unresponsive

    I’ve been happily using this product since 2019. Easy Testimonials PRO. For some reason my renewal did not go through. I purchased the PRO product but couldn’t get it to work. It still said I couldn’t access Pro features. I cancelled the order and placed a new one. Still no luck and out out $99 x 2 – $198

    I sent numerous emails with no response. Finally I got a response that they would refund the one extra charge and work on fixing the plug in. I never heard back. I never got any refund.

    I’m owed $198.
