# Pro version Custom Fields disabled

 * Hi,
 * I’ve tried contacting support on your site _and_ through the plugin itself but
   haven’t had a response. This is my last attempt, hopefully someone will respond.
 * I’ve purchased the Pro version of your plugin and installed it on my website.
   I’ve set up ioncube successfully and installed ACF. When I go to the “Custom 
   Fields” screen, everything is set to disabled; I cannot turn on the ACF option.
   I’ve searched the documentation and there’s no information about this.
 * This is very frustrating as I bought the plugin specifically for this solution
   but it hasn’t worked out of the box. Please advise.

 * It looks like you have to ensure that ACF plugin is installed/activated in wordpress
   admin first. Then you can turn on the support option in importer settings. This
   is not for pro support, please give the helpdesk id to check or [contact us](https://www.smackcoders.com/contact-us.html)
