    Hope you are doing well. I see you are rating the free version because you are expecting an update for pro version which got a bit delayed. We are working on lots of new features and bugfix and needed a bit time to prepare the update to keep it stable. If you need any assistance, kindly contact our support. You shouldn’t give a bad rating to the free version which is fine and stable.

    That’s a misunderstanding on your part. You aggressively upsell on your plugin page here.

    That means the review isn’t rating the free version, they are rating the experience you provided. Since you upsell in these forums that’s fine, permitted and encouraged.

    I got your point. Actually we are aware about few minor issues and the user is expecting to get an update for pro version. There’s no misunderstanding as he talked through our live chat. Hopefully we will update the plugin within couple of days.

    “few minor issues”… sorry, but are you joking?! The pro Version is total buggy and has poor performance.

    I wait for the “big and all improving update” and maybe i will change my mind and my review.

    But actual, your pro Version is not usable for me and my small webdesign company.

    Yes the “big and all improving update” is getting prepared (it’s already up for free version) and we are taking a bit time to make sure it’s bug free. Hopefully you will love the update.

    Meantime if you have paid for pro version and aren’t happy, we could refund the payment for you.
