Did you set the Google Tracking code and accept the Limited Liability option? Without these settings, the popup will never show up. * 2. I haven’t experienced any problem with the contact form yet. Can you please send me a screenshot of this page? The options are radio buttons, that are enabled always. There is no disabled state, as I know. * 3. I know, what you are feeling. I want to be sure, that this option is visible for everybody, but don’t want to disturb anybody with it. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything.
