Pro version 0.3 – Comment and Comment Number not counting | WordPress.org

I am using a Pro version of the plugin (0.3). Bubbles appear beside paragraphs and activate the comment form, but previous comments are not displaying, nor are number of comments inside bubbles. Comments are being registered within wordpress system and I receive a “success” message from WP Ajaxify Comments on the single.php template.

Is the pro version also not receiving support any longer? When I purchased this less than 2 weeks ago, it came with the promise of basic assistance – selectors, and so forth (of course all within reason). It would have been nice to know in advance of purchase if this is the case. Thanks.

Hey Patricia,
you should’ve sent me an e-mail (because this forum isn’t the right place for pro questions). However, I don’t see the reason why the plugin is not working correctly yet.

Have you tested the plugin with another theme and with other plugins disabled? Do that so we can better localise the issue’s source.
