    Hello there,

Its been a while now that I’m using the Pro version of ProfileGrid. The one issue is that all my users report the “Save & Crop” function is not working when they upload a new profile photo. Furthermore, it just hangs after they upload the pcture and click and SAve & crop. It stays there, not going anywhere.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @mariebsteyn,

Thank you for writing you us.

It seems like the issue is due to plugin conflict on your site, where one of the existing plugins on the site could be conflicting with ProfileGrid. Could you please check it after deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid? Verify after clearing your browser cache if issue still persists.

In case the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll need to investigate conflicting plugin. You can check this by activating the plugins one by one and trying to replicate the issue in ProfileGrid with each activation.

Please do let us know if you need further assistance.

I have the same issue and I already tried disabling plugins one by one. Also, I found out the issue is only happening on other user roles like subscribers, author, etc. Admins have no issue with this. Can you help with this issue?

    Hello @snip07,

As the issue is specific to your site, please share your site’s dashboard access by creating a new admin user with our support email address support@profilegrid.co in order to investigate this in detail. Once we are done with our analysis, you can remove that user account from your site.

Thank you for your reply. I have solved it by disabling all plugins and enabling one by one.
