[resolved] [closed] Pro Upgrade Paid But Not Received (4 posts)

    I clicked the "Upgrade to Pro" menu item on the plugin and paid via PayPal last Thursday (2 days ago). My PayPal account shows the transaction has cleared. My bank account shows that the money came out of my account yesterday. I still have not received notification of how to download the upgrade from you. Is this anyway to treat your paying customers!?!? How can I get this resolved?

    Please note that commercial products are NOT supported on these forums - please contact NGG on their site for help with this.

    @Judy - Just FYI, I replied to your email in our support box. You should have received a confirmation and download instructions. I've sent you the details you need in case you haven't. And if you haven't, you have my apologies. Not sure what would have happened there.

    Thanks for the help. I have now heard from Nextgen and have downloaded the pro product.
