I put my faith in this plugin after researching between several similar plugins and jump right into the pro. I must say the support is excruciatingly painfully slow. Yes. I paid 21 bucks for it and it seems to me, the support is limited to one reply a day – even if I replied as soon as I could. I am NOT demanding the world, for the record. I just need answers. I flustered right now and have to resort to this WordPress Plugin Support page for help.

Just in case whoever is in-charge here is interested to know. The layout preview stopped working. It was fine for a couple of hours and as I was experimenting with the layout, it just stopped. I did not install any plugin in between, nor was there any updates. It just stopped working. If I can’t get it to load in the backend, there’s really nothing to see at the frontend. So i see no point putting up the link.

Urghhhh… TBH, The Post Grid has the most features and it will be ashamed if I let it go and seek alternatives. Please help.
