    I ordered pro “Lifetime” for 1 site and it sent me to PayPal to pay, which I did then redirected me back to your site but nothing happened. Can’t login and haven’t received any emails.

    I took screenshots of the confirmation but I can’t attach them here.

    Then I went to fill out your contact form on the website requesting help and after clicking submit it just keeps spinning.

    Is this project/plugin still active and supported?

    Hi,

    We have a temporary issue with our website today, exactly with cloud service my.quic.cloud. We are working on fixing it.

    You can upgrade to the PRo version by WP Dashboard. Log in into your website and go to the plugin settings page (WooCommerce -> AJAX search form ). Click the last tab and there is the button “Upgrade Now!”.
