 * I have selected side panel in the single view and it doesn’t show all the team
   members in this way. It randomly shows a couple full width. I tried using the
   widget and short code and it doesn’t make a difference. I have tried with twenty
   seventeen with no plugins and the same thing happens.
    I have requested a repky
   on my account on the pro page and you have not answered. As I purchased the plugn
   and the client likes how it lookd I need an answer quickly as they want their
   site to go live and this plugin is holding things up.
 * Thank you
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fpro-plugin-not-displaying-properly%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * You’re using a commercial plugin and need support, so please use their official
   support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
 * Plugin authors are not permitted to provide “Pro” support here. **Commercial
   products are [not supported in these forums](https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).**.
