    I bought Pro plugin after 2 month of usage free plugin, and what I see – pro plugin is doesn’t work. I suppose that case is why free plugin updates often but pro plugin is still 3.3.7 Version (doesn’t work with a new versions of WooCommerce). How to use it? I try to write ticket for a Acowebs <support@acowebs.zohodesk.com> – but no-one answering me.

    Your Pro plugin is old or your business is Fake.
    Please help me asap.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience, we have tested the same on our local server, its working fine with the latest version of woocommerce. Can you please share the screenshots of the active rules so that we can check the same and get back to you with the updates, also please check if you have set any expiry in the schedules.

    Regarding the version difference in the free (3.6.9) and pro version (3.3.7), both are different plugins (pro includes more features), launched at different times (initial version of the free plugin was released on 2019-03-15 and pro version on 2019-10-31), sorry for the confusion. Thanks.

    Sorry for the delay. We will be sharing the updated plugin in a couple of days. Since it is an addon functionality, we need to make sure that it doesn’t break any other functionality.
