 * I’ve sent you emails I’ve put this on your forum but no replys can we please 
   sort this issue out!
 * Hi, I paid for the Creative Contact Form WordPress Business and it’s not giving
   all the options that it should have! I tried it on two sites, this site I installed
   it via ftp and didn’t install the free version first! so shouldn’t be a catch
   issue! here’s the login details for this new website I’m working on, you can
