I am a PRO user, and I do not have this issue with the free version. What I am seeing is that if I turn it on then sometimes the dashicons are nulled out as the css is stripped down or out. I have seen this on 5-6 sites, and I have had to just comment out the calls for the dash icons in the theme css so that odd characters are not called.

All the sites I see this with all Genesis, and their child themes. Have used streamline pro, minimum pro and agency pro. They are using dash icons for the meta field data.

Again, this is only with PRO, as the free does not do this. I can see this is the issue if you use a tool like tools.pingdom.com and when the odd characters are shown then you can see the errors in the report.

ps… I have reported this via email twice and never get a reply so I am turning to the forums for help.

Frustrating as a PRO user have to use the forums, and still not getting a reply.

    Hi,

As a PRO user, you’re NOT supposed to use these forums, as the WordPress rules state, and as I have put a lot of effort into making clear.

You’re are supposed to use the email originally sent to you which contained the PRO plugin. Directions were carefully given in that email, and if you didn’t read it, even though that email clearly said in big bold letters to carefully read it, it is no longer my problem.

Please, I beg of you, read the original email that contained AIO Cache Pro, it is very clear on instructions of how to get support.

    Sincerely,

    The AIO Cache Team
