# Pro Features Not Displaying

 * I recently purchased and downloaded the pro version and have now uploaded both
   the standard and pro zip files to my plugins directory, then extracted both. 
   In the WordPress dashboard, under “Settings,” then “Facebook Events,” I have 
   entered the requested Facebook app ID, app secret and page ID, but the pro features
   do not appear. On this page – https://wordpress.org/plugins/facebook-events-importer/
   screenshots/ – Screen 3 shows the pro settings section as offering to set an 
   events page URL and the number of posts to display per page. In my installation,
   that same section only displays an offer to purchase the pro version, which I
   have already done and installed. It would appear that WordPress is not recognizing
   the pro version folder in the Plugins directory.
 * I am using WordPress Version 4.6, the Divi theme, HostGator and Opera browser.

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site.

 * As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there.
