 * Hello, I paid for a pro account but when I go to add steps 3 of the pro features
   are grayed out and unavailable. (Upsell, downsell, and Custom). I sent an email
   to the support email address 2 or 3 days ago but havent gotten a response or 
   even a receipt confirmation so I thought I’d send the request here.

   support ticket on our site on Saturday, but you didn’t get an immediate response
   as it was our weekend.
 * We presume it could be due to not activating the license key after installing
   the Pro plugin.
 * You should get our replies in your email. Let us communicate there as that will
   be faster. Plus, this forum is for free users only.
