Pro / Con empty but always shows

Nice plugin but there a few problems I have found with both free and potentially the Pro version. While you can use CSS to try to hide the Pros/Cons title and box there is no way I can see to remove the right hand pane for Pros/Cons. As a result I end up with a review section in the left side and a blank area of equal size on the right. Making the box less wide doesn’t help and only centers the review in equal proportions.
The other issue is that a square image I’ve used to create the Review avatar results in it being cut off at the bottom. This is because the nice looking score isn’t perfectly square and needs more padding on the bottom to show the perfect 150×150 space that should be available for both the avatar and the score. I have set the width to be null so that it can extend the full width of the page – and it still doesn’t show.
