[Resolved] Private sites sending me to my WordPress login page

  • Hello,
Recently, I was given two log-in links by two different web-design businesses. One is new for me, and the other I have been a member for almost one year now. Both log-in links led me to the WordPress log-in page. Should that have happened? Shouldn’t these businesses have their own log-in pages? This never happened with the company I have membership with for almost one year. Whenever I changed my password in the past, the link took me to a page on the company’s website. This didn’t happen today.

I look forward to hearing your input. Thanks.

  • No, the login link should NOT send you here. Are you sure you clicked the right link?

Hello, I uploaded WP 3.4.2 the latest version. I went to the DASHBOARD ==> APPEARANCE==> EDITOR looking for the wp-config.php file on the right side amongst the file names. I didn’t see it. I also looked for the root folder I didn’t see it either. Would someone direct me as to how I can locate the wp-config.php file from the DASHBOARD. Thanks for any help.
