[Resolved] Private shortcode for custom roles

    Hi,
    in this moment it’s impossible, because this would require to guess all the roles everyone can imagine. So the plugin uses the standard WordPress roles.

    Anyway, I’ll take a look if there’s a chance to add this feature.

    Works beautifully, but are you planning on adding in the option of it displaying a message that content exists that can only be seen by logging in or registering? The other option would be to put in a string like [private role=”public-only”]Text for public viewing only[/public] nest to the private string so that a message that tells them there is content to be read by registering or logging in will disappear when they login, and the actual message will appear?

    For this purpose you can use a plugin like Members.
